In brief

What works, what to weigh

+

Strengths

3 reasons to book
  • High scores for staff and comfort — Guest ratings put staff at 9.2 and comfort at 9.5, and reviews repeatedly mention warm, helpful service and an exceptionally comfortable bed.
  • A location made for sightseeing — The hotel sits near a shopping district and around a 25-minute walk from Bioparco di Roma. Guest reviews place it in the heart of the old city, close to Piazza Navona and surrounded by restaurants and cafes.
  • Small scale keeps it personal — The room list is entirely suites, and reviewers describe the property as a small boutique hotel with a genuinely personal feel.

Worth weighing

3 to weigh
  • Late check-in is a constraint — Check-in only runs from 14:00 to 22:00, so arrivals after 10pm can't check in that evening.
  • No pets allowed — The hotel does not accept pets, so travellers with animals will need to look elsewhere.
  • Value, dining, and general ratings are the lower end — Guest scores for general (8.3), value (8.4), and dining (8.5) are all respectable, but they trail the service and comfort marks by a clear margin.

“Good location, friendly and helpful staff, and modern, clean rooms.”

8.5Verified guest

“A spotless, updated room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a view over an inner courtyard. The location is right by cafes and restaurants, super close to Piazza Navona, and next to a restaurant named after an old American TV show. Breakfast had a wide array of cereal, yoghurt, cheese, and pastries, and both the service and check-in were excellent. Another really nice stay.”

8.5Verified guest

“Part of me doesn't want to recommend this place because I'd like to always find a room when I go back to Rome. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this one felt special: a small boutique hotel, modern, meticulously clean, and extremely well located. The service was top class, and one staff member was so charming and helpful that nothing felt like too much. The laptop and free Wi-Fi were a great touch. If you want a modern, intimate, welcoming, fairly priced luxury hotel in a great location, this is it—just not when I want to book.”

“The suite really impressed me.”

“The bed was extremely comfortable and the room stayed clean throughout. Staff were genuinely helpful and let us leave our luggage for free on the last day. The location was ideal for visiting the main sights, and we got around easily on foot.”

8.5Verified guest

“With lovely staff and a location right in the middle of Rome, this was our base for three days. They run a handy airport shuttle service, offer plenty of added activities at reasonable prices, and will check options for tours. The result was an impressive yet relaxing holiday.”
